Visitor Information

Service with a Smile

Our school offices are busy places that support our schools running smoothly. It is a hub of activity and service for students, teachers, and parents.

Parents are always welcome to visit the school. Should you need to visit a teacher or any other member in our office, please make an appointment. Scheduling a visit will help to prevent disruptions to the educational process and ensure that we are able to assist you in a timely fashion.

Any parent needing to see his/her child during the school day should report to the main office for assistance.

Security Measures

We strive to keep our students safe and secure at all times.

Our school is equipped with additional controls for limiting building access. We are proud that Owasso Public Schools has invested in these safety measures for our building and we appreciate your patience and understanding with our safety procedures.

All parents who wish to enter the building beyond the main office must scan their Drivers License for a security/background check. We have the convenience of a kiosk to assist with this process. A badge will be printed upon each visit. Visitors wear the badge for the duration of their visit while in the building. Guests sign in and out each time so that we may track any volunteer hours as well as your participation in events. Please be sure to check out through the School Safe ID in through the front office and deposit your badge there.

Current background checks are required for volunteers, class parties, chaperones, competitions, performances, and special events during school hours. These procedures are in effect anytime school is in session.

Visitors are not permitted on the playground during school hours, nor are they permitted to stand or park near the playgrounds. The school will contact the Owasso Police Department to report loitering individuals near the property.

Visitors can be asked to leave by administrators at any time. Visitation privileges may be revoked if deemed necessary by administrators, SSOs (School Safety Officers), or SROs (School Resource Officers).

Should you have any questions, please contact our office at 918-272-5399.
